Benefiting Humanity for Allaah's pleasure

Does it make any sense if your bank pride itself for honoring your check for the withdrawal of the money you deposited in their vault? i mean, it's your money and they have no option than to give it back to you so why should they even think of it as a favor? Well I guess same thing goes for us when we help the needy who comes to us as Allaah's checkbook for withdrawal (if I may use the metaphor) it makes no sense if we think we are a degree above the poor guy.

When you go out there and extend a good gesture to the poor&the needy, be rest assured that Allaah's favor has been conferred on you, so be grateful&don't be arrogant and antcipate a show of gratitude from the benefactors.

The moment you realize that helping others is part and parcel of your Islamic package, you will stop making an issue out of it and instead will focus on the reward promised by Allaah.

When you deposit money in your bank account and you issue a check for withdrawal and you are denied, won't you take a legal action? So will Allaah take a Divine action against you when you refuse the needy, the poor and the orphan.

O Men, that wealth at your disposal wallaah, is not yours. Allaah has just given it to us as Trustees, temporary possessors but it belongs to Allaah.

Allaah says:

"Believe in Allaah&His Messenger [Muhammad (may the peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him) ], and spend of that whereof He has made you temporary possessors"- Surah Hadid: Qur'an 57: verse: 7.

Do you call that money in your hand as your permanent property? Laa, abadan. It is Allaah's, He snatches it away whenever He wants, so spend wisely and for His pleasure.

"And what is the matter with you that you spend not in the Cause of Allaah? And to Allaah belongs the heritage of the heavens&the earth?" Surah hadid: Qur'an:57: verse:10.

Can't you read between the lines? The heritage of the heavens and the earth all belongs to Allaah, so where those that leave our claim of material possession? That we become religiously attached to the things of this world, that in reality aren't permanently ours.

When you spend be humble for you are doing no one no good but yourself because you are just chanelling Allaah's wealth to its rightoues Cause.

"Who is he that will lend Allaah a goodly loan, then (Allah) will increase it manifold to his credit (in repaying),&will have (besides) a good reward (Jannah)?"- Surah Hadid: Qur'an: 57: verse:11.

How Generous my Generous Allaah is! Amazing! His is the wealth yet He is asking us to lend. What an amazing parable.

Be wise enough to benefit humanity for Allaah's pleasure just as Allaah amazingly described Al-abraar (the pious believers of Islamic monotheism) that: "And they give food, in-spite of their love for it (or for the love of Him), to the Miskin (the needy), the orphan and the captive, (Saying): " We feed you seeking for Allaah's Countenance only. We wish for no reward, nor thanks from you. Verily, we fear from our Lord a Day, hard and distressful (Day of Judgement), that will make the faces look horrible (from extreme dislike of it).' Surah Al-Insan: Qur'an 76: verse 8-10.
